The service here was good and I really liked the room with a view, it was very clean everywhere.

We had a well-maintained room with nice bathroom, that's big plus. The staff was accommodating and pleasant.

Had a great time at the Sleep Inn & Suites Charles City. The location was absolutely perfect, close enough to the outskirts of the town. The staff members were pleasant and accommodating. The room was well-maintained and nicely furnished. Included crisp clean bed, TV, fridges. Nice to have a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge available.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on the outskirts of town! The room was clean and well-furnished, with a big desk and chair. The bathroom amenities were top-notch and we appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast had a great variety, with options like eggs, meat, waffles, and fresh fruit. The location was convenient, right near a large gas station and convenience store.

We were disappointed that our room did not have a TV schedule and we couldn't find channels like CBS, NBC, and ABC.

The staff were efficient and amazing friendly in case of questions. The location turned out to be exceptionally nice, just off good restaurant in town, convenience stores and the outskirts of the town. Also, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Floyd County Museum.

I absolutely loved the convenience of my suite's location next to the exit door. It made it so much easier for my wife, who is somewhat handicapped, to move around. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided had a good variety of options to choose from, and I appreciated that the coffee was readily available. The staff at the front desk were amazing from start to finish, always helpful and attentive.

The breakfast was excellent and good and the team was very attentive. All in all room was beautifully decorated and a nice size; also provided a tub. The location was convenient for traveling around Charles City, close to a wonderful Mexican restaurant and Charles City and the outskirts of the town.
